TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –  Governor Rick Scott has announced the reappointment of Greg S. Hutching to the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission. Hutching, 39, of Chipley, is the criminal justice training center director at the Florida Panhandle Technical College. He is reappointed for a term beginning August 3, 2016 and ending August 1, 2020.
