D. Town employee worksheets. Due to the office being so busy I have not had time to prepare the worksheets I apologize and will have all worksheets in the packets by the March meeting.

F. Switch the Recreation and Fire Accounts with Capital City Bank to absolutely free checking for business.

D. Jason Cook: July Rodeo * Note* Chief Rudd and the members of the Fire Department would like to request the Council consider holding the Rodeo the weekend after the July 4th. Chief Rudd stated that Orange Hill Department will be having a 4th of July celebration which Wausau assists with and our department does not wish to interfere with another departments fund raising efforts and if the rodeo was held after the 4th it would be closer to the Fun/Possum Festival and the department would be able to do the concessions as an extra fund raising.

XI. INFORMATION
A. Workshop with new water customers on March 11, 2010 at 5:00 PM
B. Workshop on Marquee on March 11, 2010 after workshop with new water customers.
C. Office & Public Works Closed Monday February 15th for Presidents Day.
D. Senior employment: The town will be receiving two (2) employees from this program next week. One gentleman for outside maintenance to assist Allen and one lady to assist in the office. No cost to the town salary will be paid with federal grant funds administrated through the one-stop center.
E. Pipe installation and road work to begin on the 16th on Fourth Avenue and Monroe Street. Special thanks to the Washington County Commission for assistance with this program.
