Obituary for Kajauna Lynette Dean ……

Ms. Kajauna Lynette Dean, 28 of Ebro, Florida, transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 in 13343072_1218666298144173_2600488736006088292_n Panama City, Florida.

Being raised in a Christian home, Kajauna accepted Christ as her personal Savior. She was a graduate of the Vernon High School, Class of 2006. Taking her educational goals further she attended Gulf Coast State College of Panama City, Fl and in 2016 received her Associate of Arts Degree. Kajauna was employed with Bookit and was a Queue Monitor. She was a loving person with a heartwarming and eccentric personality. She had a smile that could light up a room and always something sweet to say. She will truly be missed by her family and all of her friends.

Home Going Services will be held 11 A.M. CST, Saturday, June 7, 2016 from the sanctuary of the McQueen’s Temple First Born Church of Vernon, Florida with pastor, Jr. Bishop J.O. Brown, Bro. Leonard Dean (her father), Bro. Eli Andrews, Bro. Nathan Potter, and Min. Walter Smith, officiating. Committal Services will follow in the St. Luke Memorial Gardens of Vernon, Florida.

She leaves to cherish her memories her loving parents: Leonard and Linda Dean of Ebro, Florida; two brothers: Kenneth Anderson (Tiffanie) of Tallahassee, Florida and Kyle Dean of Ebro, Florida; three sisters: Shana Sheffield of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Sharee Dean of Seminary, Mississippi, and Raven Dean of Ebro, Florida; nieces and nephews: Tatum Anderson, Reid Anderson, Erian Powell, Kendall Anderson, and Langston Powell; god-sisters: Mary Mendoza “MJ”, Vonshell Vann and Crystal Hamilton; god-children: Terandall Coleman, Talyah Coleman, Elijah Boston, and A’Riyah Troublefield; special friends: Darrow Andrews and Myron Washington; dear co-workers: Chris Kemp and Faye Whitaker; her “mini-me’s”: Brandon Carroll and Alonte Hogans; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many sorrowful friends and co-workers.

Viewing will begin on Friday, June 10, 2016 in the Cooper Funeral Home Chapel from 11 A.M until 9 P.M. Ms. Dean will lie in repose at the church on Saturday from 10 A.M. until 11 A.M. Arrangements are entrusted to the Cooper Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida.
