St. Matthew’s Church announces sign design winner

A special design effort was celebrated at St. Mathews Episcopal Church in Chipley on Wednesday afternoon, when students from the Washington-Holmes Technical Center were treated to lunch at the church and winners of the recent church sponsored sign contest were recognized.

 

*  Tanner Cook – First place  – Received $100 prize
*  Harry “Bubba” Davis – Runner-up – Received $25

 

*  Joey Andrews – Runner-up – Received $25

 
*  Stanton Guthrie – Certificate of Achievement

 
*  Anthony Smith – Certificate of Achievement

 
*  Bradley Goodson – Certificate of Achievement

 
*  Leonard Wiser – Certificate of Achievement

 
*  Jimmy Taylor – Certificate of Achievement

 
*  Austin Miles – Certificate of Achievement

There were some beautiful designs submitted by the students, but church members voted to award 1st prize to Tanner Cook.
